I have extensive experience working both in customer service and education. I have spent a great deal of time as a hotel concierge, and also as a substitute teacher, tutor and para-educator. Besides my time at university, I have gained a good deal of research experience as an amateur genealogist. Writing and editing are also among my strengths. My other interests include hobby writing, reading, mediaeval history, traditional music, historic costume, traditional cooking and genealogy.
